Moving service:
In case of cancellations, deposits are not refundable on pre-booked moving, hauling or rental agreements seven days prior to move date. Payments must be made in full prior to unloading, based on the predetermined size of your move.  In the event that the movers are completed before the predetermined time, your money will be returned. For example, if your move is determined at 4 hours, and the technicians complete your move in three hours, your one hour will be refunded immediately.  In the event that a deliverable-based invoice is not paid by the customer, Bull Pull corporation will withhold the contents at the storage unit, providing customer 30 days to make all payments in full plus the cost of storage. A two hundred and fifty dollar  charge per day and/or trailer will be applied as a storage fee. 
Trailer rentals:
Pickup is at 10:00am the day of booking. A valid driver license and major credit card required. Trailer must be returned no later than 10:00 am the last day of the rental agreement. Failing which a minimum charge of $75.00 per hour will be applied to the credit card as a penalty.  In the event the trailer is not returned 3 hours after the penalty, the rental agreement will automatically renew for the original rental time booked. If any item of the rental equipment is returned in a state of disarray, damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Shop rate will be charged ($125.00/hour, $45.00 minimum), plus any parts and materials for cleaning or repair. All costs will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder of the security deposit refunded. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is the full suggested retail value plus a $45.00 administration charge.
Trailer Insurance
Bull Pull  recommends that each client have his or her own insurance for personal and public liability during the use of the equipment.
A $1500.00 deductible is in effect on any Insurance claims. Insurance claims are for accidents only. The accident must be reported to the local police and a police report filed in order for a claim to be processed. The renter is responsible for any wilful damage and/or neglect.
Payment option
Payment in full will be required at the time of booking on all rentals made with less than 7 days notice. All payments can be made to Bull Pull.  by calling our phone number (416) 800.2682 Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cash. All prices are subject to Goods and Service Tax.
Hauling Service:
No hauling delivery time is guaranteed. All delivery dates and times are only estimates of normal deliveries (delays may occur). Transporters’ does not agree to haul shipment in time for any particular market or event and will not be responsible for loss, or damage occasioned by unavoidable delay. There are absolutely no guarantees made, expressed or implied, regarding times or dates. The transporters is not responsible for any weather damages ( Heat, Cold, Rain, Snow, Wind or just simply the act of God) .
The transporters’ will not be responsible for convertible tops that are loose, torn, or have visible wear. Due to the damage that an open trailer, wind, and weather can cause a convertible top, as a transporters‘, we highly recommend enclosed transportation. The transporters’ will not be responsible for vehicle boot cap, masks, bras, or any other type of canvas or material covering. Not responsible for damage to any broken glass such as rock chips, cracks, or broken windshields. No Exceptions. The customer shall, in their absence, designate a person to act as their agent at the point of pick up and/or delivery, if for any reason they are unavailable.
The transporters will inform the customer at least 1 hour prior to delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to have the full payment when the driver arrives, if payment arrangements were to collect on delivery. If the object to be hauled  is located in a residence or place of business that is not accessible to a trailer, customer agrees to meet the driver for pick up and/or delivery. No Exceptions. All payments for transport must be in the form of a Money Order, Credit Card, or Cash. The customer agrees that if the payment cannot be made by such noted forms, the contents will be stored at the customer's expense. Should the customer be unable to accept delivery for any reason the contents will be placed in storage. Any and all storage and/or delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees that this is the only contract between the parties governing this transport and no other agreement or contract is in effect. No claims or legal action of any kind may be initiated against transporters agents or the transport broker. Exceptions for damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery, a claim for damage not documented on Bill of Lading will not be honoured. All claims must be made in writing within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery with a statement of specific damages claimed. All claims, subrogation, litigation, or legal action must have right of venue in Toronto Canada Municipal Court. If any provision or part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable , all other parts of this agreement remain in effect.
